I found this hotel to be a mixed experience. While the rooms were massive, clean, and offered comfortable beds, a combination of altitude sickness and a head cold made the winter season slightly challenging. The service was kind and service-minded, though they tried to sell Lake Titicaca tours at a high price. The location, while not directly in the city, was quiet and ok if you're aware of staying outside town. The dining with llamas and alpacas was varied and ample but a bit cold due to the sliding front doors. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.

The service was a bit pushy in trying to sell expensive Lake Titicaca tours, but the staff were friendly and did a good job overall. The location was a bit remote but quiet, offering a peaceful stay away from the town center. Dining was decent with early breakfast, but lacked variety. Overall, it was an alright stay with some ups and downs.
